AEA SBPE Partners with RED Global Limited

Blog post

New York – October 7, 2022 – AEA Investors’ (“AEA” or the “Firm”) Small Business Private Equity (“AEA SBPE”) has announced that its fund has closed the acquisition of RED Global Limited (“RED” or the “Company”) alongside investment from the Company’s senior leadership team.

Established in 2000, RED is headquartered in London, and is a leading global specialist information technology (“IT”) staffing firm. RED is focused on temporary contract placements and permanent recruitment for the SAP ecosystem and related technologies including Business Applications, Software Development, Cloud & Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, and Cybersecurity.

RED’s well-trained sales and recruitment personnel as well as its extensive & mature global network of 300,000+ SAP & technology experts differentiates the Company from other larger, generalist IT staffing firms.

RED represents an exciting opportunity to invest in the large and growing IT staffing market, which has been an area of focus for AEA SBPE in the business services sector. RED’s differentiated brand and expertise in specialized SAP & technology staffing, strong global blue chip client relationships across a diverse range of end markets and consulting partners, and significant organic and M&A growth opportunities make RED a highly attractive asset.

"We are excited to collaborate with AEA Investors in the next expansive chapter of RED’s story. This new partnership underpins both our acquisitive and organic growth plans as we look to expand into even more regions and technologies," said Ross Eades, Chief Executive Officer of RED Global. “We look forward to working together to further achieve our mission of being the leading destination for SAP and technology talent to power digital transformations across the globe.”

"We are thrilled to partner with Ross and his team," said Dan Schorr, Partner of AEA’s SBPE. “RED has built a unique and compelling position in the industry, and we share the team’s vision of delivering superior value by providing comprehensive staffing solutions to their global clients.”
