Career history
Florian was born in the beautiful city of Hamburg in Germany. He started his recruitment career in Frankfurt, but then moved back to Hamburg for a role at Sthree. After 4 years, he joined RED in 2011 as Practice Manager and was promoted to Associate Director a year later.
Florian was integral to RED’s success in Germany as he opened up the Frankfurt office with his team managing permanent staffing solutions. In 2013, Florian left RED to join his father in law’s firm working as an Export Sales Manager.
Then 3 years later, Florian decided to come back to RED and was welcomed with open arms. Upon his return, he settled into a new role as our Director of Perm in Germany, which he stayed in for 4 years before being promoted to Managing Director in 2020. Since 2022 Florian has been the Managing Director of Perm Europe.

Florian is an avid traveller and loves exploring new places near and far
When he’s not watching football or basketball games, he can be seen shooting hoops and channelling his inner Ronaldo with his friends.
