What is Kununu? 

Kununu is an online platform providing insights into company’s salaries, company culture and atmosphere and diversity.  

The purpose is to provide candidates with honest and anonymous information, such as reviews from current and past employees. Kununu is often the first resource people turn to when considering a job change or seeking information about careers at specific companies. 

Also, for HR teams it is a great source of information, as they receive an insight into their strengths and weaknesses as an employer. Something that many businesses benefit from when trying to attract top talent for their teams.  

For RED Global to qualify, we had to meet consistent criteria over a specific period, including a specific star-rating over a period of time.
