A hybrid role spanning the Americas IT Strategy and Planning team and the IT Operations team, the successful candidate will assist with training activities for IT
employees/contractors and prepare/train the trainer documentation to enable Brother businesses to train end users. For the IT Operations part of the role, the individual
is expected to be self-directed to analyze data and produce executive-level dashboards. The individual is expected to capture business requirements, meeting minutes,
and coordinating cross-functional meetings and discussions.
Specific training responsibilities include:
- Develop Training Curriculum for BIC IT
- Learn & Understand Enable Now
- Plan for the Production of BIC IT Curriculum Content on Enable Now
- Plan & Conduct Training Sessions for BIC IT
- Record & Edit Training Sessions for use by the larger organization
Skills:
More than 5 years professional experience as a Business Analyst
* Strong Process engineering applying proven methodology
* Ability to gather & document Requirements with minimal supervision
* Strong Facilitator of meetings & workshops
* Resilient follow-up demeanor confirming assumptions, decisions, risks & issues
* Project Management approach to work assignments
* Proficient in Data Mining & Analytics
* Proven ability to develop Training materials
* Working knowledge of ITSM
* Working knowledge of Jira
* Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent verbal & written communications skills
* Proven Team Player working with experience in both IT Operations and IT Training
* Must be authorized to work in U.S.A
Preference given to:
* Working knowledge of ManageEngine Help Desk software
* Working knowledge of SAP Enable Now for authoring training content
* Adobe Creative Cloud for graphics
* Local candidates
* Relevant certifications
* Delivery oriented
