Your Role:

• You'll build and develop your own client portfolio in the SAP & IT sector across the DACH region - focusing on freelance project staffing
• You are responsible for client acquisition and long-term relationship management
• In close collaboration with our recruiting team, you'll deliver highly skilled freelance SAP & IT professionals for your clients' projects
• You'll manage the full project lifecycle - from requirements analysis and candidate shortlisting to offer management and contract negotiation
• You'll stay on top of market trends and business opportunities and strategically expand your accounts

Your Profile:

• A completed degree or equivalent qualification - career changers are welcome!
• A passion for sales and a proven interest in client-facing roles
• Strong self-motivation, resilience, and a drive to succeed
• Fluent in German, with excellent English skills
• You're looking for a long-term career in a company that supports your development and celebrates your success
• Ideally, some experience in sales or staffing/recruitment
