RED is currently seeking a Project Telecoms Engineer for an initial 6-month contract with one of our global consulting clients. This is for ongoing implementation and EPC experience is a must. Ideal candidates will be based out of Houston, Texas as work will be onsite weekly.
Suitable Candidates will have the below skills:
* 5+ years' experience within telecommunication systems disciplines such as PAGA, Analog, PtP, SCADA, etc.
* Management of Engineering design principles and delivery / management of minor project implementations
* Review and Approval of requirements, design documentation, and lead and engage with stakeholders
* Proven ability to analyze, design, implement and optimize Telecommunication Systems
* Experience with cyber security awareness and stewardship through internal cyber security review / approval process of all designs
* Ability to perform Fiber Optic Link Budget Calculations, Data and Telephony Traffic Analysis, Capacity / Bandwidth Calculations, Public Address Sound Pressure Level Calculations
