Very excited to speak with candidates who have or hold

• Minimum 2 years experience with ServiceNow implementation, especially in IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, IT Business Management or IT Operations Management
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
• Experience with solutioning and delivering complex enterprise technology implementations
• Experience identifying and resolving potential trade-offs or conflicts among technical solutions options, and ability to align this with business outcomes or impacts
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to quickly translate theoretical concepts into practical outcomes that deliver business value
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, as well as either Dutch or French
• Ability work independently and manage multiple task assignments

Ideally, you

• have experience with general technology implementation and software development lifecycle experience
• have experience in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle, Agile Management
• obtained certifications in IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, IT Business Management, IT Operations Management and ITIL
• are a certified ITIL V3 practitioner
• have experience with XML, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
