RED Global is currently looking for a ServiceNow ESM Consultant to join a long-term project.
Project details:
Role: ServiceNow ESM Consultant
Duration:12 months (possibility of extension)
Start date: January 2024
Location: hybrid ( 2 days/week on site - Eindhoven)
Ideal candidate:
- At least 4 years of experience working as a ServiceNow ESM Consultant
- Knowledge of UML, IDEF0, BPMN and Agile (SAFe and Scrum)
- Knowledge (ideally certification) of ITSM/ITIL practices and adjacent areas and ServiceNow modules (ITBM, HRSD, GRC, ITOM, etc.
