*** ServiceNow HRSD Design Lead - 12 months - Hybrid / Sweden ***
RED now has a new ServiceNow HRSD Design Lead contract opportunity. The initial contract is to start ASAP and will be until end of 2024 with excellent extension opportunities.
This contract will be 100% workload and will be on-site near Helsingborg 3 days pr week with the remaining days remote.
The focus of the role is to lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, providing expert guidance on platform capabilities, best practices, and complex problem-solving for both development and operations teams.
Specific skills/experience required:
- ServiceNow Certified: CIS HR, HRSD Professional, CSA, CAD.
- At least 4+ years of experience as SN HRSD architect
- At least 8+ years of hands-on experience as SN architect
- SN Skills: SN platform architecture & related products
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Able to be on-site in Helsingborg 3 days pr week.
