For one of my clients in Spain, I am looking for a SAP HR Manager to join a project on an initial three month contract for a project with long term scope.
Location: Madrid
Start-date: ASAP
Responsibilities includes:
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of SAP HR modules, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
- Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP HR solutions.
- Manage a team of SAP HR professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Dealing with budget management.
- Management of eternal clients.
Required skills & experience:
- Fluent English Speaking.
- Proven experience in SAP HR implementation and management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HR modules and functionalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
