Job Title: FI-AP Functional Consultant (Remote with Occasional Travel)

Location: 100% Remote (Occasional travel to client sites during critical project stages)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced FI-AP Functional Consultant to join our team on a remote basis. This role involves working closely with our clients to ensure the seamless integration of the Accounts Payable (FI-AP) invoicing module in SAP S/4HANA with third-party tools. This is a critical position where your expertise will help identify and implement an effective invoicing tool to meet the company's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a functional expert for FI-AP processes within SAP S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand invoicing requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Assess, recommend, and support the selection of a third-party invoicing tool that integrates seamlessly with SAP S/4HANA.
• Design and implement integration solutions between the invoicing module and third-party tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FI-AP functionalities and integrations.
• Provide guidance on best practices for invoicing processes within the SAP S/4HANA landscape.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between functional and technical designs.
• Support key project milestones, including system testing, user training, and go-live activities.
• Travel to client sites during critical stages of the project for workshops, testing, and deployment (as required).

Key Qualifications:

• Strong functional expertise in FI-AP processes within SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven experience in integrating SAP FI-AP modules with third-party invoicing tools.
• Solid understanding of invoicing processes and requirements in a global business context.
• Experience in evaluating, selecting, and implementing third-party tools in an SAP environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally to client sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP integration tools and middleware.
• Knowledge of global invoicing compliance requirements.
• Strong consulting background with client-facing experience.
