The SAP Strategy & Architecture CoE is helping companies reinvent and redesign their solution landscapes to be optimally positioned for the new digital economy. For our customers - which are some of the largest international enterprises of the world - we deliver and drive value-based, strategic IT Roadmaps to steer through ongoing and upcoming IT transformations, covering key topics such as post-modern ERP, IT M&A, SaaS, extensions into Public Cloud, migration strategies to S/4HANA, and much more.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Strategy Consulting on C-level (CIO, CFO, CEO) at large, international corporations
• Develop strategic SAP Roadmaps covering key topics and initiatives (3-5 years planning horizon)
• Identify customer needs and advise on 'CONSULTANCY' services & solutions
• Conduct strategic IT transformation assessments for e.g.
• ERP Strategy/ Roadmaps
• post-merger ERP consolidations
• S/4HANA transformations
• Public Cloud migrations
• Further refine our integrated services and tools platform (methodology, assets, accelerators)
• Identify and research arising SAP and ERP related technology and business trends; perform customer surveys, drive research studies
• Create & publish ERP Strategy related White Papers, articles, social media
• Contribute to conferences and industry events
• Organize roundtables, expert cycles

Key Skills & Knowledge

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related technical areas
• Broad SAP know-how (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SaaS offerings) a must
• non-SAP ERP know-how (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Kinaxis, etc.) a plus
• Cloud Technology know-how (AWS, MS Azure, GCP) a plus
• Proven track-record of driving ERP architecture in large organizations, optimally across multiple business units and country organizations
• Highly organized, demonstrated to be able to manage and drive projects and initiatives in high-pressure environments (e.g. on board-level, in post-mergers, in carve-outs, in turn-arounds)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills: able to present your ideas on all management levels
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English, oral and written; additional European languages a plus
• International travel

Experience Required

• 12-15 years of experience in IT related positions
• Been on multiple projects as SAP architect
• International work experience
• Work experience in large, global enterprises
