*** SAP Cutover Lead - 6-12 months + ext. - Remote / Germany ***

RED now has a new SAP Cutover Lead contract opportunity. The initial contract is to start ASAP and will be until end of 2024 with excellent extension opportunities.

This contract will be 100% workload and will be full remote 5 days pr week.

The focus of this role is to lead and manage the planning, execution, and risk management of business cutover activities for the Finance Transformation program, ensuring seamless integration and continuity across SAP and non-SAP systems during the transition.

JOB PURPOSE:

The main purpose of this role is leading the country release and deployment teams to plan and
deliver needed business activities, cutovers and to manage associated risks and will involve
managing complex and sensitive consultations and negotiations with diverse stakeholders, within
agreed timelines.

The BMG Cutover Lead will collaborate with the S/4 Accenture Cutover Lead to coordinate and
oversee the cutover process. This includes ensuring seamless integration with all non-S4 /
TranS/4m systems, e.g. MDG, Concur, SuccessFactors, P01, P02, P20, CITAX, TIPCO (Nomentia),
Banking and Regression Testing as well as business cutover activities.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the country release & deployment teams to plan and deliver the business activities,
• cutovers and managing associated risks.
• Engage business & stakeholders to negotiate and agree key deployment approach decisions. (Define the business cutover approach and secure sign-off with all stakeholders.)
• Define and own the Business Cutover & Continuity Plan:
• Lead and connect all parties involved in cutover activities including business managers,
• project managers and project teams to ensure the creation of integrated solutions and
• plans and ensure all tasks are captured in the ACN master cutover plan.
• Consolidate all 3rd party plans into the master plan.
• Align Stakeholders for processes impacting previous releases, e.g. validation testing,
• post-technical cutover.
• Review and update the cutover plans, timelines and action logs.
• Ensure all stakeholders are aware of tasks, milestones, roles and responsibilities
• throughout the cutover process (focus on non-S4 systems).
• Ensure thorough testing and validation processes before, during, and after the cutover.
• Manage the go-live rehearsals and the final cutover into post go-live support.
• Identify and manage potential risks and dependencies throughout cutover, develop
• mitigation strategies and report to the programme.
• Align with program governance to ensure reporting requirements are met and attend
• required forums
• Manage relevant country Business Experts & Local IT Experts in all phases of the cutover.
• Manage relevant IT to ensure local infrastructure requirements are in place (e.g. PC's,
• network connectivity etc.)

Work experience:

• Experience in Finance system
• implementations, e.g. SAP ERP, S/4 HANA
• Proven track record of leading successful
• cutover activities in previous projects.
• Familiarity with media industry is beneficial.
• Experience with the entire project lifecycle,
• from planning to post-go-live support.
• Understanding of technical aspects e.g.
• data migration and system integration.

Methodical competences (incl. IT/Language skills):

• German: fluent written and spoken
• English: fluent written and spoken
• Expertise in creating detailed cutover
• plans incl. timelines, dependencies,
• and resource allocation.
• Project management skills.
• Knowledge of project management
• and SAP-specific tools (e.g., SAP
• Solution Manager, MS Project, JIRA,
• ServiceNow).
