SAP Business Analyst CS (Customer Service) - Start ASAP - Toronto, Canada
For our client we are looking for a SAP Business Analyst CS (Customer Service) with strong problem-solving skills in SAP ECC and S4/HANA systems.
Tasks
- Gather business requirements, analyze issues, propose improvements & solutions as per business priorities, configure the SAP system accordingly
- Study Business Process (AS-IS) and map (TO-BE) Business Process
- Conduct key users training with training materials for end users
- Provide knowledge transfer to colleagues about new implemented solutions
- Create and update program functional specifications with test cases for developers and follow-up progress of development
- Create and update mapping documents for Process Integration teams and follow-up enhancements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SAP CS and/or SD/MM with international clients and previous E2E involvement in SAP implementations
- Good knowledge of logistic processes and/or CS processes which should include implementation, support, design, training and configuration
- Experience in SAP S/4 HANA
- Very good communication skills, both oral and written
- Very good organizational and time management skills
- Very good analytical and problem-solving abilities
