RED now has a new Salesforce / Hubspot BA contract opportunity. The initial contract is to start ASAP and will be until end of 2024 with excellent extension opportunities.
This contract will be 100% workload depending and will be fully remote.
The focus of the Salesforce/Hubspot Business Analyst role is to support CRM consultants in managing and optimizing Salesforce and HubSpot platforms by gathering and analyzing requirements, facilitating Agile-driven projects, ensuring data integrity, and providing ongoing support and training to stakeholders.
Specific skills/experience required:
- Proficient CRM B2B process excellence experience (sales, service support/care) and process mapping skills.
- 2+ years working on the Salesforce.com Platform.
- 3+ years working with Hubspot managing Marketing Emails, Contacts and the integration with Salesforce.
- Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
- Experience using process design tools (e.g. Signavio)
