Key Requirements:
o Legacy systems changes and integration to BOT
o E2E infrastructure integration
o Test and quality management
o Data migration
o Deployment and transition to live operations
* Management of scope & related changes for all digital delivery particularly changes required on legacy
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting
* Manage escalations
* Ensure that delivery is happening according to best practice, with learnings captured and actioned for continuous improvement of BOT delivery methodology / strategy
