Programme Manager - HR and Legal - 6 month renewable Contract - Remote
A Global Pharma company is hiring a Programme Manager to oversee the end-to-end roadmap for Legal, Ethics & Business Integrity (LEBI), People & Culture (P&C), and Public Policy, Legal & Security (PPLS) solutions. This role is vital for aligning business stakeholders and architecture teams, ensuring digital solutions add value to Consumer Healthcare (CHC), and managing technology infrastructure within corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the roadmap for LEBI (Legal, Ethics & Business Integrity), P&C (People & Culture), and PPLS (Public Policy, Legal & Security), aligning with business and architecture teams.
- Track and assess metrics to ensure digital solutions deliver value to CHC.
- Translate business requirements into effective solutions.
- Lead program delivery and technology initiatives within corporate functions.
- Collaborate with service managers and digital operations to ensure service levels are met.
- Ensure data governance and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a technology leadership role within LEBI, P&C, or PPLS.
- Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Healthcare (FMCH) industry preferred.
- Proven ability to lead complex programs and cross-functional teams.
Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities in a global setting.
