We are looking for a Functional Architect- Compensation & Benefits [Workforce Compensation]-10+ Years

Day rate
Finance experience will be a BONUS
You will need to understand and map the current IT architecture which is used for different purposes related to job architecture, salary data/components, bonus, etc.
Based on that you responsibility is to make a target IT architecture for how it should be in the future, in order for us to simplify our systems landscape and decommission legacy systems.
