RED is working for a Global client on one of the largest SAP S4Hana implementations projects worldwide. The program covers the deployment to approximately 200 legal entities worldwide, and affects more than 100,000 end-users. To support the deployment efforts in China, our Client is looking for 13 OCM - SAP Consultants that have the experience of working in China, are native in Chinese, and fluent in English.
Resource Location: Shanghai (preferred)
Proven experience in consulting in OCM Lead roles,
especially for large-scale SAP/ERP (or equivalent)
implementation projects
● Minimum of 3+ years of experience leading and
mentoring project teams and familiarity with
project management, incl. tools, risk management,
and project lifecycle phases
● SAP/ERP (or equivalent) large-scale
implementation experience
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Excellent English and Chinese are required. Any
additional languages are a plus
● Ability to work across multiple international time
zones
