***MuleSoft Integration Transition Lead - 3 Months Contract - Romania - Remote***
RED now has a new contract opportunity for a MuleSoft Integration Transition Lead to join one of our key partners for a short‑term discovery and BAU transition engagement.
The initial contract will be for 3 months.
This contract is to start ASAP (within 1 week) and will be fully remote.
Role Overview
The consultant will focus on understanding the existing MuleSoft integration landscape, assessing the AS‑IS state, and enabling the internal team to take full BAU ownership through documentation, knowledge transfer, and transition support.This is not a production support role.
Specific skills / experience required
- Strong experience in enterprise integrations across multiple systems
- Hands‑on MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform) experience
- Solid understanding of: API-led Architecture & Integration patterns/system dependencies
- Proven experience in transition, go‑live, BAU setup, and hypercare environments
- Ability to quickly understand complex environments and identify risks and gaps
- Strong experience in documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams
- Senior MuleSoft development background, capable of assessing the AS‑IS landscape
- Ability to work with project leadership to define the team model required for BAU support
- Business-level communication skills in English and Romanian
- Able to start within 1 week
