Our client is looking for a Mobility Engineer, specifically with expertise in Microsoft Intune, on a long-term contract basis!

Essential Responsibilities
o Maintains and develops existing mobile infrastructure environment
o Reviews, develops and maintains knowledge articles and end-user documentation
o Collaborates with mobility teams on determining and outlining process improvements
o Responds to escalations on help desk and service-related issues, and work to resolve with help desk partners
o Maintains proper design and standards documentation
o Identify, test and recommend new mobile wireless technologies as they relate to global operations
o Implement process and procedures needed to ensure operational excellence; drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
o Provide progress reports and internal customer satisfaction feedback to upper management as required

Education/Certifications
o A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline, or equivalent, relevant experience is required
o ITIL certification preferred

Basic Qualifications
o 5+ years of experience in managing Mobile Device Management environments
o Experience with iOS and Android device deployments (Apple ADE, Android Enterprise); management and troubleshooting
o A logical thinker who understands the concept of mobility synchronization products and services
o Knowledge of Azure AD and M365 core services and functions
o Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
o Ability to multi-task and work independently
o Ability to work collaboratively with teams, some of which may be geographically distributed
o Initiative and ability to quickly acquire knowledge
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications
o Existing experience with Intune Mobile Device Management preferred
o Experience with additional supporting management tools (Mobile Threat Defense, VPN) preferred
