Hello! RED is currently seeking a Level I Tech Support Professional for a 6-month contract opportunity with one of our multinational clients. The role will be on site in Plano, Texas with travel throughout the U.S. as needed (travel expenses are covered/reimbursed).
The job consists of performing equipment set up, troubleshooting technical issues with laptops and/or iPads and reporting the issue resolution back to command center. Candidates must have an understanding and previous experience dealing with technical support.
