Summary Description:
* The HRIS Analyst will support the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our UKG HCM system and related HR applications. This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity and providing user support to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with HRIS systems and a strong understanding of HR practices.
Essential Job Functions:
* Provide day-to-day support to HRIS users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues pertaining to security user access, workflow processes, timeclock management, reports, and general configuration of all modules within the Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) HCM platform. Modules include onboarding, recruiting, Core/PRO, and Workforce Management (WFM).
* Partner with UKG and other vendors as well as internal business partners to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner through support cases as well as implement system changes and enhancements through service requests.
* Participate in HRIS projects, including system upgrades, new feature implementations, and process automation initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, and conduct functional and user acceptance testing to ensure successful project execution.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, including SOX compliance.
* Perform routine system audits and data validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
* Assist in maintaining system security and confidentiality of sensitive HR data.
* Support system configurations and modifications to meet organizational needs.
* Assist with preparing reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business needs.
* Assist in the development and maintenance of reporting tools and techniques.
* Assist in creating and updating user documentation, training materials, and system guides.
* Conduct user training sessions to enhance system knowledge and utilization.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize system efficiency and user experience.
Required Skills:
* Proficiency in HRIS systems, with experience in UKG HCM preferred.
* Working knowledge of human resources concepts and practices.
* Experience with system integrations and data migrations.
* Handles basic issues and problems, escalating more complex issues to higher-level staff.
* Demonstrates critical thinking skills to develop a deeper understanding of role, processes, and procedures.
* Proactive and confident self-starter with strong organizational skills and a goal-driven approach.
* Good project management skills with experience in supporting HRIS projects.
* Confident in challenging the status quo by exploring unconventional solutions and identifying opportunities for innovation.
* Knowledge of SOX compliance and IT controls.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 applications (e.g., SharePoint, Excel, Teams).

Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with HRIS systems.
* Expertise in UKG HCM modules preferred.
* Experience in using Smartsheet is a plus.
Working Conditions:
* Fast-paced work environment, requiring ability to remain focused under pressure.
* Attention to detail, requiring attention with one or two senses at a time.
* High pressure from deadlines, project management, accuracy, or similar demands.
* Participation in an on-call rotation schedule among HRIS team members to handle production support during non-business hours, from Monday through Sunday of the assigned week.
Travel Requirements:
* 10%-15% annual travel for team workshops or project-related initiatives.
* Due to this role's impact on North America operations, travel on short notice to provide business critical support may be required.
* This is a home-based position that requires travel to Tampa, Florida for on-site onboarding the first 60 days of employment and will be home-based* thereafter
