HR Consultant Inside IR35 / Dunstable, Bedfordshire 1-2 days per week / 12 months+ / Start ASAP
Role:
* Previous experience working as HR consultant for 10+ years
* Expertise in HR operations, procedures, and best practices
* Proven research and analysis skills
* Hands on experience with human resource software programs (ATS, Payroll etc.)
* Hands on experience with preparing business plans
* Analytical thinker problem-solver
* Outstanding communication, presentation, and consulting skills
* A team player lover with excellent leadership skills
Skills:
* SaaS - HCM Workspace
* Proven experience and knowledge of UK or German HR practices and laws
* Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, influencing, stakeholder management.
Desirable:
* Masters' degree in human resources or similar relevant field
* Preference - Working experience with HCM DayForce (Ceridian) and Emburse (Payroll) products
* Very good knowledge of HCM processes and ability to work with customers business team to document the process maps
Experience required:
* Overall 10+ experience into similar roles
* Experience working with Day Force, Ceridian and Emburse Pro
* Prior relevant IT Business Transformation experience
