***HCM/Workday Integration Project Manager - Japanese, Mandarin or Malay Speaking***
Here at RED and on behalf of our global client, we are looking for an Integration Project Manager in the area of Workday / HCM / HRIS to support a large Integration Project. The client is looking for someone to join as soon as possible and for an initial contract running for 1 year with an extension afterwards.
Role Description:
Work closely with the HCM Integration Leads, Integration Experts/Architects, Payroll vendors as well as Payroll experts to ensure a comprehensive understanding and implementation of the HCM integrations Workstream scope and timelines defined by Program requirements. This collaboration ensures alignment with the overall program goals and objectives and enables effective planning and execution of integration projects.
Required Skills:
- Highly experienced within Integration, Time, Payroll and/or Workday projects;
- Strong project management and communication skills demonstrated by results in cross functional, multi-cultural projects;
- Strong leadership skills in motivating project team members and managing stakeholders at a senior management level;
- Ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo;
- Ability to drive for results and meet project deadlines; and
- Fluent in Japanese, Mandarin or Malay depending on the country you live in.
