The reason I am contacting you is because one of our international clients is looking for a German Payroll Manager, must have German Payroll experience (processing, taxes, etc) to join their team on a project take in place in Troisdorf (Koln) and Frankfurt, so I wanted to speak to you to find out what is your current situation and whether you would be available or interesting on joining any new projects.
Project Details
Roles - German Payroll Manager
Start date - ASAP
Location - Hybrid- on site in Troisdorf (Koln) and Frankfurt up to 30% of the time, remote 70%.
Duration - 12 month's contract
Languages - German, English
Rate - Euros per day plus expenses
EMEA working hours
Responsibilities:
-Lead two teams to deliver accurate and timely payroll and time & attendance
-Client foundation for the start implementation of one global payroll system and Time & attendance in Germany to integrate both teams into one
-Manage relationship with external payroll service provider.
-Driving solutions and leading the continuous improvement in accuracy, efficiency and service level.
-Responsible for payroll tax activities; including compliance with tax regulations
-Managing the month end payroll accounting process.
-Training and development of team.
-Lead the simplification and standardisation of ways of working and processes based on industry leading practice.
-Lead payroll projects as required.
Required Qualification(s):
-Must speak German and English
-Must have German payroll experience (processing, taxes, etc.) using SAP
