*** Gen AI Project Manager/Scrum Master - 6 months + ext. - Hybrid in Gothenburg ***

On behalf of one of our key partners RED now has a new opportunity for a Gen AI Project Manager to lead a new generative AI project. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical counterpart to the AI Director, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of key GenAI initiatives. The initial contract is for 6 months with excellent extension opportunities.

This role is to start ASAP and will be 2 days on site in Gothenburg.

Must-Have Skills:

1. Experience in AI/GenAI Projects: Deep understanding of Generative AI architectures, frameworks (e.g., Azure, OpenAI), and deployment models.
2. Agile Methodology Expertise: Proven track record of leading Agile projects in fast-paced environments. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
3. Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
4. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
5. Risk Management: Expertise in identifying and managing risks in technology and AI projects, ensuring timely escalation and mitigation.

Good-to-Have Skills:

1. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of DevOps practices, Azure DevOps, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
2. AI Operations: Familiarity with LLMOps, including model governance, monitoring, and retraining processes.
3. Change Management: Experience in managing large-scale digital transformation projects, particularly in AI and machine learning domains.
4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to use agile metrics and data analytics to inform decisions and improve processes.
5. Experience in Manufacturing or Industrial Contexts: Experience with AI use cases specific to manufacturing industries (e.g., predictive maintenance, digital twin technologies, or autonomous systems).
