Contract: 1-year contract + possible extension
Start Date: Urgent / Immediate Start Required
We are seeking a Senior SAP Ariba Specialist to support a global procurement and IT organisation within a complex, multi-country environment.
Key Purpose
-
Provide expert SAP Ariba functional support
-
Act as escalation point for complex issues
-
Drive enhancements, fixes, and continuous improvement
-
Support user adoption through training and guidance
Main Responsibilities
-
Resolve complex SAP Ariba incidents and escalations
-
Work with IT, Procurement, Finance, and external partners
-
Manage enhancement requests and system improvements
-
Support testing (UAT), releases, and deployments
-
Deliver training materials and user workshops
-
Reduce recurring issues through process improvement
Requirements
-
Strong SAP Ariba Buying (or similar P2P platform) experience
-
Solid understanding of end-to-end procurement processes
-
Experience in global / multi-country environments
-
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
-
Experience delivering training and user support
-
Fluent in English
-
S/4HANA, CIG, Ariba Network (advantage)
