EDM SME/Project Manger - 12 months contract - Remote - Pharma

The Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Project Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation and governance of EDM processes within the REFS. This role requires a strong blend of project management, data management, and stakeholder collaboration skills to ensure successful alignment with global EDM standards, policies, and data strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and coordinate project management activities related to EDM, ensuring that all project goals align with policies and solution requirements.
• Data Governance: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for data governance within the REFS area, ensuring compliance with global EDM guidelines and requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders, including the global EDM team
• Risk Management: Identify and address risks and dependencies related to the project. Recommend adjustments to the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) project plan as necessary to align with EDM standards and policies.
• Data Strategy Implementation: Contribute to the development and execution of data strategies that ensure the availability of accurate and timely data, stored in a secure and standardized manner, across the REFS area.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all data management activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies, and that data quality is maintained at the highest level.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in enterprise data management, data governance, and data strategy implementation.
• Proven hands-on experience with implementing IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) solutions.
• Strong understanding of REFS business processes and capabilities.
• Demonstrated project management experience, preferably within a global or multinational environment.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of the DCAM (Data Management Capability Assessment Model) framework.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
