RED Global - Dot Net Technology Lead - Contract Opportunity - 12 Months+Ext - Hybrid/Krakow
On behalf of a global client, RED is currently looking for a .Net Technology Lead to interface with the client and lead a small development team to validate the architecture and ensure high levels of service offerings to the client in the technology domain.
Role Details:
- Duration - 12 Months + Possible extension
- Capacity - 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
- Location - Hybrid, 2 to 3 days on-site in Krakow
- Languages - English. Polish would be a massive bonus
Role Description:
- Participate in project estimation.
- Provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews.
- Lead and guide teams towards developing optimized high quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
Skills Required:
- 8+ years of relevant .Net Dev experience.
- Proven experience leading development teams
- Strong .NET knowledge along with SQL background
- Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals
- Knowledge of Testing tools
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
- Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements
- Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills
Technical and Professional Requirements:
- Primary skills: Technology->Net->ASP.Net Web API, Database >PL/SQL, .NET framework,.Net Core
- Desirables: Technology->Microsoft Technologies->ASP.NET MVC, test drive development
- Proven success working with all levels of management
