DevOps Consultant - 6 months contract - Hybrid (Feltham)
We are seeking an innovative and skilled professional to design, build, and manage hybrid monitoring and automation solutions for IT infrastructure.
The role involves:
- Developing monitoring systems (SCOM, Azure Monitor) for on-premises and cloud environments.
- Automating processes with PowerShell, Azure Automation, and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Azure DevOps.
- Creating functional dashboards and standardized monitoring features using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Design, Build, Run, Operate MS SCOM Latest version Landscape
- Hybrid Monitoring solution - SCOM monitor resources in Azure Cloud
- Supporting IT infrastructure operations, ensuring observability, and resolving escalations efficiently.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve service levels, document solutions, and innovate for sustainability.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure monitoring, with 5+ years in Azure Cloud.
- Expertise in SCOM, Azure Monitor, PowerShell, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices, ITIL processes, and technical documentation.
