Data Engineer - Azure - 80% remote - 6 months - Start: December 2024
For my existing customer, I am currently looking for a Data Engineer who will support the customer in the environment with his expert knowledge.
The main component of the project is to transfer the internal infrastructure to the Azure Cloud.
Tasks:
Further development and support of the data architecture, data models, databases, cloud and the data warehouse
Integration of new data sources, connected data sources and data routes as well as their documentation
Ensuring data quality in terms of completeness, accuracy and up-to-date in compliance with data governance
Knowledge transfer with internal team.
Skills:
Very good knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Synapse and Data Warehouse.
Expertise as a cloud and data engineer.
Expertise in Azure and experience in migration projects in MS Azure
Certifications as an Azure Cloud Architect and Azure Data Engineer would be beneficial.
Project Details:
Start: December 2024
Occupancy: 4-5 days/week
Period: 6 months (+ option to extend)
Location: 80% remote with some on-site work in Germany
Language: German
