D365 Customer Insights - Journeys Developer - London, UK (Hybrid)
RED now has a new contract opportunity for a D365 Customer Insights - Journeys Developer to join one of our key partners on a long-term customer engagement and CRM transformation programme.
The initial contract will be for 12 months with scope for extension.
This contract is to start ASAP and will be hybrid, with 3 days per week on-site in London, UK.
Key requirements:
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales
- Proven expertise in Customer Insights - Journeys (Dynamics 365 Marketing)
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate and business process automation
- Good knowledge of Dataverse and the wider Dynamics 365 ecosystem
- Strong communication skills in English
Experience with Microsoft certifications, marketing automation solutions, or large enterprise environments would be beneficial.
