For our (long-term) client we are looking for an ALM SAP/Non SAP Consultant.
Your main task is to review, document and adjust FinTec applications to ensure compliance with defined corporate standards.
Tasks:
* Gather and document functional requirements on changes & updates to be delivered through ServiceNow for FinTec applications (SAP & Non-SAP) through weekly meetings with BAOs, the FinTec Services Coordinator, and the Security Officer.
* Assess requirements, define implementation plans, and present them to the FinTec Solutions Manager for approval.
* Execute approved plans within time lines and quality standards.
* Review and report on ServiceNow data quality and monitor incidents weekly to address SLA breaches.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in the area of applications life-cycle management, including SAP and non-SAP systems.
* Expertise in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
* Strong understanding of compliance, data protection, and IT security concepts.
* Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow for repository management, incident tracking, and data quality review.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
Project details:
* Start: ASAP
* Duration: 24 months (+ option to extend)
* Workload: 4 to 5 days per week
* Location: 100% remote
* Language: English
