Agile Coach - 5+ months - Remote - Start May
For our international customer in Germany, we are looking for an experienced Agile Coach.
Your main task is to support the client in a program which focuses on Data and Analytics as part of a more transparent and accessible data ecosystem.
A clearly defined and robust scaled agile way of working (based on SAFe) provides the right organizational set-up for this journey and requires an experienced Agile Coach.
Tasks:
* Optimize the flow of value within the ART
* Foster a lean agile mindset
* Coach and train leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices
* Prepare Agile Release Trainings ( PI Plannings, ART Syncs, Inspect and Adapt Workshops, System Demos)
* Track / Eliminate / escalate impediments
* Standardize and document agile best practices
* Participate in Agile Community of Practice
Requirements:
* Strong experience as Agile Coach (SAFe)
* Experience as Release Train Engineer
* Hands on experience in driving Agile Programs of more than 200 people
* Experience with agile methods, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
* International project experience
* Certified SAFe SPC and / or RTE or similar is an advantage
* Understanding of the Data & Analytics space is an advantage
Project details:
* Start: May
* Duration: 5 months (+ option to extend)
* Workload: 5 days per week
* Location: Fully Remote, some on site presence in Germany for onboarding
* Languages: Fluency in both English AND German
