Introduction
The client
EPAM is a global systems integrator delivering complex cloud, data, and software engineering programmes for enterprise organisations. For this engagement, they were bidding for a financial services data transformation programme based in Belfast, focused on improving data management and analytics capabilities through cloud and AI technologies.
The challenge
The programme required on-site delivery in Belfast across six trading streams, while operating under an off-shore commercial rate model. Suitable local talent was scarce, EPAM needed to staff multiple delivery pods quickly without compromising on quality, compliance, or cost.
The solution
RED Global delivered a fully on-shore contract hiring model aligned to off-shore commercial constraints. We built a dedicated Belfast talent pipeline and staffed six delivery pods across cloud, data, and engineering, supporting mobilisation of both the FTS and FTD workstreams from day one.

- Six delivery pods staffed, aligned to six trading streams

- Improved collaboration through local, office-based teams
