Introduction
A global food manufacturing organisation embarked on its largest SAP transformation in over two decades, implementing SAP S/4HANA to modernise business operations and replace legacy ECC systems. Alongside its System Integrator, the organisation required a trusted partner that could provide specialist SAP expertise, scale delivery globally, and offer independent support throughout the programme.

As the programme evolved, delivery expanded across North America, Europe, Latin America, APAC, and India, helping the client build a globally distributed workforce while rapidly providing specialist consultants for both standard and niche SAP requirements.
Over the course of the partnership, RED Global delivered more than 580 technology placements, including approximately 50 consultants supporting the core SAP S/4HANA transformation, before expanding into Cloud & Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, Salesforce, MES, software development, automation, and transformation leadership.
