Career history

Thomas Bentler brings over 15 years of SAP, IT consulting, and talent management experience to the table, with a career that’s as international as his taste in coffee. Before joining the RED Global family, Thomas honed his skills in Germany’s competitive staffing and consulting scene, working with industry leaders like Experis, Kelly Services, and von Rundstedt. His early career saw him managing strategic communications for a global non-profit in New York, proving that he’s as comfortable in the Big Apple as he is in the boardrooms of Frankfurt.

After building and leading high-performing teams across Germany—quadrupling business unit sales and achieving annual growth rates of 42%—Thomas took on the challenge of expanding RED’s global footprint. As Business Development Program Manager, he set up new account structures and fostered cross-border teamwork, always with an eye on customer satisfaction and measurable results.

In 2025, Thomas made the leap across the Atlantic, bringing his expertise (and his family, including his wife Lia and their dog Toufy) to Raleigh, North Carolina. Now as VP Sales US-Southeast, he’s on a mission to make RED Global the go-to partner for SAP and digital transformation in the region—one handshake, one project, and one delighted client at a time.
