Meet the RED Team

Career history 

Agathe joined RED in 2017 following a 5 year career as a corporate and commercial lawyer in Magic Circle Firms in London, Paris and Casablanca. She began as a Junior Legal Counsel covering our French-speaking regions. 

Agathe was quickly promoted to a senior role in just one year and eventually headed the legal division in 2020. She is currently managing a team of lawyers and compliance officers supporting RED’s global operations. 

During her time at RED Global, Agathe modernised our legal functions through robust and efficient IT solutions. She also enhanced and updated our contract suite to comply with the ever-changing regulations in our industry and developed strategies to help us navigate the challenges of IR35, Brexit, and COVID. 

Fun facts 

• Agathe sang in a jazz band and a gospel choir when she was younger. On her days off, she can be found dancing at gigs or festivals 

• A keen skier, Agathe is her happiest at the top of a mountain

• She’s a real foodie at heart and a bit of a wine expert but thinks nothing beats a full English breakfast and a pint of fresh pale ale

• LLB in Business Law at Rennes I University 

• Master of Laws LLM in European Business Law at Exeter University 

• Master of Laws LLM in International Business Law and Economics at Pantheon-Assas Paris II University

• Qualified French attorney since 2014

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales since 2021
